Quality and Community Relations Manager:

Award winning Main Line Home Care Agency is providing a unique opportunity for a Nurse to join our passionate, dedicated and seasoned Administrative Team as Quality and Community Relations Manager. Responsibilities include Community Education and Relationship building, Marketing, Case Management, and Caregiver Training. This position is key in continuing to brand our high quality home care in Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties. Will join Admin Team in on-call rotation. Position reports to the Vice President and Director of Operations. Requirements: BSN preferred, RN required, at least 3 years clinical Geriatric experience, dynamic self-starter, creativity, excellent communication skills, marketing experience a plus.

Business Administrator (Part-time):

Reports to Vice President & Director of Operations
24 to 25 hours per week
Education required: Bachelors’ or Associates’ degree preferred. 
Benefits experience a plus.  Must be detail oriented.
Duties include: Benefits administration including reconciling invoice, payroll prep, billing liaison, special projects, and supervision of PT Long Term Care Insurance Clerk.

Our caregivers are not independent contractors, they are employees of Waverly Care Associates.

All applicants are required to have multiple face to face interviews, reference checks, criminal clearance, Penndot Driver's Record check, drug screening, and infectious disease screening. We require a comprehensive orientation program, participation in inservices, and regularly review each employee's performance.
